Principal, Chief Operating Officer
Max Bresner serves as Chief Operating Officer for BLDG Management and BMC Investments where he oversees multi-family acquisitions, asset management, budgeting and the general development of processes and systems. Mr. Bresner plays an integral role in the analytics of everything BLDG does and has authored several proprietary systems for the company – including BLDG’s very successful renewal program. Prior to joining BMC, Mr. Bresner was a Development Manager and Asset Manager for Fisher Brothers where he was responsible for overseeing development and construction for mixed-use residential projects in New York City. In this role, he oversaw the acquisition, disposition and development of real estate assets in excess of $200 million. Prior to Fisher Brothers, Mr. Bresner worked for White Acre Equities where he successfully launched a New York City based student housing organization. He has extensive experience in asset management, underwriting, structuring and overseeing all types of real estate transactions across a wide spectrum of asset types and classes. Mr. Bresner grew up in the suburbs of New York City and earned a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Denver.
